World Mental Health Day is celebrated on October 10th, with the objective of increasing awareness and relevance of mental health issues and encouraging support for them around the world. Today we gave place to our cycle of talks about the importance of mental health, guided by psychologists and allies of Mi Valedor.
We thank the National Human Rights Commission for receiving us and for giving us the space and time to carry out our journey. It is important that together as a society we work together on these issues, not to put them aside and give them the necessary importance so that we can all have a fuller life.
