We gathered to share an evening of reflection and action, centered around social support and political activism. It was a night where the voices of those working for social justice were heard with strength and conviction.
The event served as a meeting space for activists, supporters, and the public interested in the impact of community organizing and political advocacy in building a more just society. Throughout the day, key topics were discussed, such as access to rights, the defense of vulnerable groups, and the importance of citizen participation in decision-making.
Among the participants were individuals with extensive experience in activism and social work, who shared stories of resistance, strategies for advocacy, and the essential role of support in driving social transformation. In this context, we were honored to have the valuable presence of Brandon de la Rosa, Arturo Soto, and Cristina Pérez, representatives of Mi Valedor, who shared their experience working with people experiencing homelessness and emphasized the importance of creating effective support networks to promote inclusion and dignity for all.
The discussion focused on how solidarity and organization can generate real change, from everyday actions to public policies. In addition to the lectures and debates, the event featured an open dialogue space where attendees were able to share their concerns, proposals, and personal experiences. The diversity of perspectives enriched the conversation, reaffirming the importance of collective work in addressing current social challenges.

On June 23, the Mi Valedor team took part in a special guided tour at the Museum of Modern Art. As they explored the galleries, the group had the opportunity to discover one of the most significant private collections of Mexican art from the twentieth century, while sharing an enriching experience of learning and community.
